The complications of international business and investments that cross financial boarders plus some of the restrictions on foreign owned business in Thailand makes it unlikely that I will be selling any significant amount of shares. I will however offer some form of direct investment opportunities. You can review the Feasibility Report. I am confident that the resort, with assumptions for moderate occupancy levels, can make more than enough money to fully pay back all start-up costs in 5 years. If things went poorly, and the resort had to subsist for some years due to foreseen disaster, I am STILL confident that all start-up costs would be made back in 10-15 years.
